You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product.

Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the item from your home to our online store is your responsibility. Return shipping costs vary depending on the carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.
