Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the merchant.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Continuous transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time.

  • Durable medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or merchant to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future access and unchanged reproduction.

  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Merchant: Viona-Sverige, offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

  • Distance contract: An agreement concluded exclusively by means of distance communication (such as online checkout).

  • Remote communication technology: Any method used to conclude a contract without the consumer and merchant being physically present together.

  • Terms and Conditions: The present Terms and Conditions of Velcy-Vancouver

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Velcy-Vancouver and to every distance contract concluded between Viona-Sverige and the consumer.

Before a contract is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available electronically so that it can be stored on a durable medium.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 3 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding. Velcy-Vancouver reserves the right to modify or adjust offers.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, colors displayed may vary slightly from actual product colors due to screen settings.

Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing or descriptions do not bind Viona-Sverige.

Each offer clearly states:

  • The price of the product

  • Any applicable shipping costs

  • The method of payment

  • Delivery terms

  • The existence of the right of withdrawal

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.

Velcy-Vancouver will confirm receipt of the order electronically. Until confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the agreement.

Velcy-Vancouver reserves the right to refuse orders or attach special conditions if payment risk or other concerns arise.

All agreements are subject to product availability.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

During this period, the product must be handled with care and only used to the extent necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The consumer must notify us within 30 days of receipt via email at:

  • After notification, the product must be returned within 30 days.

  • The consumer must provide proof of timely return (e.g., tracking receipt).

If these conditions are not met, the purchase becomes final.

Article 6 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the returned product has been received in good condition or proof of return has been provided.

Article 7 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken

  • Items that deteriorate rapidly

  • Digital products once downloaded

  • Services that have already begun with the consumer’s consent

Article 8 – Pricing

Prices will not be increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except for changes due to legal requirements.

Viona-Sverige is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

All prices are listed in the selected currency at checkout and do not include import duties or taxes unless explicitly stated.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

Velcy-Vancouver guarantees that products conform to the agreement and reasonable standards of usability.

Any defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery.

The warranty does not apply if:

  • The product has been altered or repaired by the consumer

  • The product has been misused

  • Damage is caused by improper handling

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders will be processed with the greatest care.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.

If delivery is delayed or partially fulfilled, the consumer will be informed within 30 days.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 12 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed at checkout.

The consumer is obliged to report inaccuracies in payment details immediately.

In the event of non-payment, Velcy-Vancouver reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative costs.

Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the issue has been identified.

Complaints will be responded to within 30 days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, it may be submitted to the competent court.

Article 14 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the merchant is legally registered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
